How does a first timer get a reference?

New to hiring providers. Most seem to ask for a reference. If youve not hired anyone before how do you get a reference?

There are quite a few that don’t require a reference.

Register on P411 and look For Providers that dont look for plus members,
that will get You going

Look for ladies who are newbie friendly, but I highly suggest doing your research on them before you pull the trigger! Look at reviews maybe some of these gentleman can reach out to you in a pm and point you in the right direction so that you will have a good first visit experience. P411 is a great option as well. My issue is due to some home life situations I have not been able to get away for a few years and randomly can, but when the few times come that I can (and those times are mostly spur of the moment), I have no hobby phone, so even if someone can screen another way, the hobby phone does me in. Self sabotage I guess
