Anyone happen to know if the Hilton Pattaya is guest friendly? Thanks in advance!
If a hotel in Pattaya is not guest friendly, they will not be around for long. Just watch the holidays, some Thai holidays Pattaya becomes extremely busy and then they will want you to be very discreet at the Hilton. There are other great hotels as well, Hermann is upscale and fantastic.
