It is good in a pinch, however, I am very surprised that it has lasted as long as it has. Probably because of the location. Even though it is on a main drag, it's kind of in the middle of nothing

That place has been there forever, 15 years maybe? Like you said , in the middle of nowhere. Plus that plaza has always been mostly empty, so no one to complain

And I'm sure the longevity has to also deal with the fact that it's been the same woman. But it would be nice to see her get some new young faces. Then again with only giving out HJ, she's probably less likely to get blown in

MMS has been around forever. First saw her at VIP on Walden & Union before the Big Bust, when she was young and slim. Then she ran Shukin on NFB for years till they shutdown.
