Just taking one of them, Chris Krebs, Trump is after him because he believes he was disloyal.

Similarly, Krebs, through CISA, falsely and baselessly denied that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen, including by inappropriately and categorically dismissing widespread election malfeasance and serious vulnerabilities with voting machines.”
Trump is still obsessed with the 2020 election result.
Despite exhaustive lawsuits from Trump-aligned interests in the wake of the election and investigations spearheaded by Republicans and Democrats alike, no evidence of widespread voter fraud of the type Trump continues to insist occurred has ever been revealed.
