I’ll be visiting Austin soon for the third time. The escort scene has been pretty decent to me when I visits but had much less luck in the club scene. My last two trips I struck out at Landing Strip circa ‘19 with a limited time visit and XTC circa ‘22 because of a ROB dancer (night time visit). I wanted to check out Divas this trip and have read good reviews about the celebrity room. I was looking for tips because I want success this trip. Advice would be appreciated on best time of day, mileage to expect if in celebrity, better to buy celebrity when arriving vs upgrade from regular VIP. Any advice I haven’t thought about really would be appreciated.

You don't need to upgrade to the Celebrity Room at the door.
You can, but typically if you have VIP most of the girls will take you back to the "Celebrity Room" for about $50.00.

As far as extras go, there are plenty. Mostly covered action, but a better variety there than XTC and Diablas.

I've only gone after 10PM.

You'll do just fine around that time Wed-Sun from my experience.

DIVAS is best weekdays night . less crowd. 200 to 250 you get everything over there.
