Did you ask for the younger lady? Many places have a person at the front that shows you to a room, then whoever is next in line will do the massage. I had the same thing happen at Ocean, except I had an appointment with a certain lady and the lady that came back to the room wasn’t her. I talked to the manager later and she asked me if I asked for that person when I arrived. Unfortunately, I didn’t . I had made the request sitting in my car right before going in the door thinking she would be the one coming to my room. Won’t make that mistake again.

They do rotate on who's servicing but you don't have to accept someone you're not interested in. There are plenty of stores, probably one just a block away. Competition is killing their business (except a few highly sought after ones).
