The NFL draft has began.

Here's the grade for 31 of 32 teams picks in the first round.

(the Los Angeles Rams traded their First Round 26th overall selection and pick 101 to the Atlanta Falcons for picks 46, 242, and a 2026 first-round pick}

Everyone is average to above average to good to very good to a couple of elite.

Only TWO teams scored below average in the first round.

One is the New York Giants but you can't blame them because they were able to pick twice in this first round and their other first round pick is graded Elite.

Guess which team is the other one?

Yup!

The Cowgirls.

Using their first round pick to pick a player from Alabama for the Guard position.

I would had preferred they picked a Running Back.

Jerry never fails to disappoints the fans especially after nilly willy promoting an idiot who was already on the team to head coach without even trying to interview better head coach prospects..

The Cowboys should pick this guy, Deion Sanders' son, and replace what's his name QB

Who pisses away more money?

Jerry Jones and his fantasy football team or Elon M. with his massive, "successful" premature unintended ejaculation disassembly rockets that will get us to Mars when Mars crumbles and falls into the sun's gravity well along with the Earth?

Who cares?

Grading Day 2 of the NFL Draft.

Cowboys pick

Edge Donovan Ezeiruaku, Boston College

Situated at No. 17 on the PFF Big Board, Ezeiruaku profiles as a significant value for the Cowboys here. The Boston College standout maintains a solid grading profile, particularly against true pass sets, where he clocked the most snaps of any edge rusher in the 2025 class (196), earning a 90.7 PFF grade and a 25.8% pass-rush win rate.

and

CB Shavon Revel, East Carolina

Revel was the No. 44 player on the PFF big board, so his selection represents great value for the Cowboys at No. 76. Revel is a tall outside who earned a coverage grade above 80.0 in both 2023 and 2024.

Both picks graded as Elite.

But still no running back pick and most likely there won't be one:

The draft is over. Here's the grade for all 32 teams.

Cowboys started the draft poorly but ended up scoring an A+ overall.

Hoping that will translate to wins during the season.

The Cowboys also finally picked up 2 RB in the 3rd round.

San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings had the worst grades:

D for 49ers and C- for Vikings.
Draft grades days after the draft mean absolutely nothing. In 2012 the Seahawks got a Draft grade of an “F” for drafting Bruce Irvin, Bobby Wagner and Russell Wilson in the first 3 rounds…

They won the Super Bowl in 2013 with those 3 guys as key starters

The full 18-weeks 2025 NFL schedule for all 32 teams will be released at 7 pm this Wednesday.

But it's already been announced that the Cowgirls will head to Philadelphia on Thursday September 4th for the 7:20 pm regular season kick off game so America's team can show to a prime time national audience how good they are at losing.

Remember: Philadelphia won the last Super Bowl beating Kansas City 44-22 back on February 9th.

It's only well deserved they get to open their season by playing the worst team in the NFL.

I am more interested in the 2nd season of Netflix show about the biggest sluts in DFW.

Under that America's Sweethearts All American Goody Goody Girls facade lies the biggest and most expensive whores in DFW.

I copied and paste it here

Cowboys' 2025 schedule

Week 1: at Eagles (Kickoff Game)

Week 2: Giants

Week 3: at Bears

Week 4: Packers (SNF)

Week 5: at Jets

Week 6: at Panthers

Week 7: Commanders

Week 8: at Broncos

Week 9: Cardinals (MNF)

Week 10: BYE

Week 11: at Raiders (MNF)

Week 12: Eagles

Week 13: Chiefs (Thanksgiving)

Week 14: at Lions (TNF)

Week 15: Vikings (SNF)

Week 16: Chargers

Week 17: at Commanders (Christmas)

Week 18: at Giants (TBD)

Three biggest takeaways

Earliest possible litmus test. The opening game is a whopper for ratings, and an important marker for the Cowboys, who are starting the Brian Schottenheimer era against the defending champions, who swept them last season by a total of 62 points. How much more explosive will the offense be with George Pickens and a healthy Dak Prescott? Can the defense stop the run? What better measuring stick than the opponent that had the top-ranked defense and rushing attack in the league last year.

A brutal holiday season. The scheduling Santas gave the Cowboys a heap of coal for their games during the holidays. It starts in Week 12 with the Eagles, then a blockbuster of a Thanksgiving game against the Chiefs, followed by a road game against the Lions, home games against the Vikings and Chargers, and a Christmas Day game at Washington. That gauntlet that will determine Dallas' season.

They can roll up some early wins. After the opener in Philadelphia, the Cowboys have an opening to stack a few wins, with games against the Giants, Bears, Jets and Panthers, who combined for just 18 victories last season. Schottenheimer will face fellow rookie head coaches in Ben Johnson (Bears) and Aaron Glenn (Jets) during that stretch.

NFL Research note

The Cowboys will be the first team since the 2011 Packers to play in the Kickoff Game, on Thanksgiving Day and on Christmas Day in the same season. Green Bay went 3-0 to hit the prime-time trifecta, finishing the season with a league-best 15-1 record.
