Is email notification on new PMs broken?

Sometime in the last few weeks (I can't put a finger on exactly when), I stopped getting email notifications for new PMs. It was working up until recently. Is this function no longer available, or is something broken (either site-wide, or just for me)?

Email notification for PMs seems to be working again, as of tonight. Whoever it was that fixed it - thank you!
