Drove down Louisville today.. Relax looked closed at 1pm. Did they shut down again?

I have found they are keeping the door locked. Just go knock on it, sit back in your vehicle and they will come let you in after about 1 min. Don’t know why they are doing this, but the last 2 times I’ve been there, this was the process.
