hobbies?

im recently getting into more hobbies, this is my favorite, however, what do yall do for yalls other hobbies, besides this.
I don't "hobby" in the United States, especially Texas. Too much "risk" for too little "reward".

For THE "hobby", I plan my overseas trips in advance, contact providers I'm interested in, have a little email or texto convo, pay deposits, and have a great time with a lot less stress.

Right now, $1.00 CAD = $0.71 USD. That means a $600 CAD / hour "donation = $426 USD.
The Euro is still running higher than the USD, but most lady's donations are lower per hour.

Music.

I upgraded my hi fi during the pandemic, and added a turntable for the first time since I retired my last one sometime in the early 90s. I had kept my old record collection and hauled it around from house to house all those intervening years, and it finally paid off since they were in great shape when I started listening again. I’ve started adding to that collection and found I really missed what it meant to listen to an album from beginning to end and not just have it as background noise while I did other things.

Golf and Card Tournaments are my hobbies.

I consider P4P my hobby but it's almost more than that, I could give up Golf or Cards but never P4P.

I have a friend who I have not seen for over 20 years. His Hobby is visiting the Grave Sites of famous people. His job involves allot of travel. He was in Dallas and I visited him and we went to the grave sites of Tom Landry and Mickey Mantle, both in the same cemetery. I took his picture next to the headstones, I declined the offer of him taking mine. He told me he was short on time but wanted to visit the grave site of Lee Harvey Oswald. WTF, he told me where it was and damn it's by Lake Arlington. He say's he will get to FW next trip as there are several celebs buried in FW he wants to see. Now that's a crazy hobby.
