A hobby comrade reached out to me seeking help. He is locked out of his account, and neither the password reset nor sending emails to support@eccie.net is working for him.
Is this a known issue? Is there someone he can email to resolve the issue?
Btw, a week or so ago I stopped receiving email notifications of PMs and subscribed threads. I’m wondering if that could be a widespread issue that may be causing staff to be unaware of incoming support requests.
