Which way is better

Arlington way or north Dallas way

I may be biased, but the Galleria / Addison area is known as the hot spot in the Metroplex. But definitely move around and get a feel for yourself!

Arlington based on it's location center of the metroplex with easy access Hwy 161 for N. Dallas-Plano etc. and between Dallas and Ft. Worth I-30 and not a lot of competition (Tarrant County)besides List Crawlers-Addison/Plano have a shitload of providers
