The clear problem is that there is no standard definition for GFE. It is what the provider wants it to be. When I text a provider looking for information, I ask. If they say DFK is not included, I know it is not. If they simply don't answer the question, I also know it is not included. Too often, the answer is simply "When do you need my services?" or "My services are available for $$$". When you ask about GFE and something you want is not mentioned, chances are about 99% it is not in their definition. And ... on further note. Just because they say it is included doesn't mean it will be when you get there. How often does that happen, guys?
