Client and provider romance

After the thread about the movie GFE experience, have any of you known of a real deal relationship that developed from meeting a provider?

I have 2 very close friendships with gentlemen I have met in the hobby. Neither has become exclusive, although I wouldn't rule out a relationship with someone I have met this way.
