Saw several ads a while back for a place called studio 25 and it’s near sky. Anyone know if it’s legit? Not seeing the ads up right now, so I don’t have any to link it to.

Neither... It is staffed by American girls, and it's not a "rub only / DIY" place. But the rates (including what you'll end up paying after tipping, which you'll need to do to get what you're probably seeking) are, IMHO, very high.
