It depends on your definition of "murderer," but arguably Jamie Davidson, Larry Hoover, Andrew Zabavsky, Terrence Sutton, Clint Lorrance, Mathhew Golsteyn, Michael Behenna, and some Blackwater contractors. Some of those were commutations instead of pardons. Some of them probably deserved clemencies and others didn't.

As to Boelter, Jacky's right, no way it will happen.

It would not surprise me to have Diaper Don pardon the assasin on Federal charges since after all he targeted Democratic legislators, but he can't do anything on the state charges
