Is New Chinese closed? I called several times over the last two days and then drove by and it appeared closed. Sign was not lit up

yes , it was closed last weekend . I called several times and no answer . Finally at some point Sunday or Monday got an answer and Mamasan said they were closed AC not working . I live close so drove buy and saw it was dark and no lighted sign
