I know all these Asian agency ads are either fake or stings, but the idea of a seemingly well reviewed eatery would knowingly be involved in this baffles me. So I ask the locals:

Is this a decent place for food and drink (and food and drink only)?
Does Uncle Leo like to have dinner or happy hour here?
