Is it possible to subscribe to new posts to Available Now? And for a specific area? Or a specific provider?

Be advised that Available Now is still a work in process. The biggest issue at the moment is it appears ladies can “set it and forget it”, which really defeats the purpose in my opinion. P411’s implementation is better, and I’ve made suggestions to that effect to Admin here.
The good news is programmers have fixed some of the worst bugs, so at least ladies no longer appear on the list unless they set their schedule.
