It ends up this is bullshit. Tulsi Gabbard and her crew of meritocratic MAGA Meat Puppets have twisted the assessments of this report. It was a joint report from Intelligence and Senate investigators spanning several years.

NO ONE said that the Russians had successfully influenced the results of the election. Including Obama. And no one tried to change the outcome of any report for the Obama administration to say that it did.
