Where is the best high-end steakhouse in Dallas? I want to hear where the best of the best is?
Bobs steak house
Al Biernats steak house in Addison and Dallas
A great rest in The Melrose Hotel in Dallas--known ffor prime rib
Nick and Sams , great food and scenery.
I am carniverous so take my word.
Papas Brothers is very good and the wine list is killer.
My second choice is Al Biernat’s. Nice selection of non-steak dishes, too. Very good service.
I wasn't impressed with Pappas Bros. Went there with my friend pre-concert, they treated us like crap, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Guess we violated their dress code. I like Al Biernets. Tried Mignon two weeks ago, and it was the best filet mignon I have ever tasted.
Bobs steak house on Lemmons ave.
The lemmons ave is the only one that is owned by Bobs. The rest including the one smack dab in downtown are licensed.
If you like aged steak, knife off is a great option but def not downtown.

Another recommendation is Fearings (ritz carlton). They often have legit a5 japanese wagyu that will melt in your mouth but be prepared to drop $700 or more per person. Used to be a regular there before I relocated. Great cocktails and food.
