I can;t for the life of me figure out why this club is so dead. The layout of the place is pretty wide open for dances. Yes the Cubans are not BBD quality but there are some cute ones who are open to fun. One thing I will say they could improve is build a bar facing the main stages.

Location, Location, Location. This is basicly a "destination" club. There is very little population around it. Not much wharehouse space, office buildings, and so on that are a built in client base for lunchs, after work, etc. There is drive by traffic, but not enough. Pandores is dead so there are not other clubs near by to help draw people into the area. Think aobut the cluster of clubs in Dallas. 8-10 clubs within a few miutes of each other. Lots of offices, businesses in the area to provide customers.

BDFW and CE before it don't have a reliable group of non-cubans working day or night shift. Lots of cubans with several hot ones, but little else. The hot ones that do show up, like the new AA Mocha (stunning 6'1" model quality, night shift) leave qhickly if they don't do well right away.

BDFW does offer free lunch with a drink and some rally good $10 food specials. But wihtout a large group of men very close by, that has limited effect.

Few customers means few and lower level dancers. Few dancers means few customers.

I don't know what the solution for that club is.

The solution would be to somehow work the club like BDFW that somehow burned to the ground. Somehow that club survived even after opening it back up. Get rid of the weed smoking and turn the bars around would be a good start. Lazy management and owners that value the property more then the club has pretty much doomed that place.

The weed smoking at BDFW is zero, at least based on smell. Don't know what is in all the vapes. I liked the way they remodeled the origianl location with the bar. But turning the bars around would be impossable with the space restrictions. And they are not going to shut the club down to remodel.

I don't think drink specials would really help. They never did that across the street either. I enjoys cheap drinks and good food, but the primary reason I go is to see the women. The other things are bonuses.

I really think without a large influx of well paying jobs into the area to increae the local customer base, there is not a whole lot that can be done with the currect economic situation
