T Foot Spa intel?

I’ve been seeing constant ads for this spot across various escort sites..looks like they’re promoting TS and FS. Wondering if anyone has any insight or experience with this place? I doubt it matches the well-known spot that gets daily reviews, but it might be a decent alternative for those on the SE side of town.

I checked it out about 3 months ago. I asked the rather homely looking girl that greeted me if anyone else was working, she said no and I walked. I never saw any reviews.
