My god… I saw her like 9 years ago and those photos were outdated even then. When I saw her it was just a very lackluster performance but looks like time is taking it’s toll…

Sorry for your loss and yes you should get credit for this IMO.

This has been an ongoing problem for a long time: no PA for reporting encounters with safety issues. I was denied PA years ago for the same type of encounter; no activities took place but I was robbed. The response was the same, no PA due to no activities taking place. My response then was, and would now still be: "An activity did take place, a robbery."

Guess there is a pre-approved list of qualifying activities. I thought this was an information exchange. These types of reviews, when there is a safety issue, are more valuable than reviews where the pre-approved activities took place.
