She was great in Haywire! And you are correct, It was a settlement not a victory. People get fired for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes just for pissing off the boss.

Pro Business conservatives should be seeing this lawsuit for what it was. A nuisance suit that should never been filed. The only reason it went anywhere is because Elon Musk bankrolled it. I would bet that the only people to benefit from this suit were the lawyers involved on both sides.
