Is GL not answering calls or text? I've been a longtime customer of theirs, and no answer. Maybe they took me off their list.

I'm visiting DFW and have been trying to reach out to them for the first time. I'd love to try the nana or lovely but haven't gotten a response thru email... I don't even have the password for their site
