And, I have done road repairs myself, it kinda happens when you dig holes yourself, and mix concrete to fill them in, or use hot or cold patch asphalt.

I'm watching a local high level bridge being torn down in a rebuild, Im watching white, Union men and women, for the most part on those exposed beams everday, cutting concrete, Jackhammering, yes, I own my own Jackhammer, and used it many times, and I don't see any foreign looking types, nor, do I think many would get to join the local Ironworkes union, they are kinda restrictive to get in, I know a school mates father paid 25K to get him into the Pittsburgh Local after we graduated.
