If you’re referring to the one near the Fiesta Mart It’s a legit foot spa with no extras, although someone posted a review here recently suggesting getting extras for the first time. Perhaps ownership changed and so did the game. It was or used to be same owner as Yeng Sheng Foot massage on the corner of Bellaire @Ranchester facing Welcome Market.
