I'm interested to see what happens with the fallout. Usually they just arrest the chicks for operating an unlicensed massage business, but that is State level. I Wonder what the scuttlebutt is on the federal level? I sure would hate to be one of the cats caught in that net when they came knocking though.

Nobody is coming knocking anywhere.
It’s not practical for LO to do that. The privacy laws alone surrounding massage establishments such as the reasonable expectation of privacy makes it incredibly difficult to engage in any kind of surveillance within the rooms. If there are cameras in the rooms out there by the owner, and they footage reveals you plowing one of these girls with you being identifiable… unless there is clear audio and video of you handing over cash explicitly stating this is for sexual services, or with your strong intention for it, there’s nothing to he done but charge the owner with unlawful surveillance. If you pay for a massage with tip up front, zero conversation, there is zero case. It was consensual between two adults. This is why mongers always complain about negotiations before activities. Not a good idea.
With all that said… a good place is now gone and another will eventually spring up. The money is too good. Moon probably raked in hundreds of thousands before today. The FBI and state agencies are playing wack a mole and I’m sure it’s frustrating for them and for us. There are 2 bills active in the assembly to decriminalize this with very good support and reason. NYC dismissed 1,000 prostitution cases not long ago and is refusing to pursue charges for those engaging in it. The bills would still make sex trafficking, money laundering, and other illegal activities outside of the prostitution itself, illegal.
Today, we mourn the loss of a wonderful establishment.
If you all want to keep a great place around, how about sharing via PM’s to senior members when you find a joint to keep business coming in. Keep that intel off these fucking forums. I get the want to keep a secret for availability reasons when you do find a good new place, but be assured… your wallet alone won’t keep it going.
PM’s gentleman. Operate in the shadows.
