Relax Chinese Massage is on Babcock - just North of Siebert which is where the Sunoco is.

I happened to go by the area today. Rainbow is at Bernice and Babcock. This place is on the other side next to the vacuum cleaner store 2 blocks down.

This is one of the worst reviews ever for so many reasons.
