I have an eeoc with a employer I had in 2024
I need a good EEOC/ADA lawyer
any suggestions?
Most likely a lawyer will want you to get a decision from the EEOC prior to you engaging. Unless your case is a clear violation (most aren’t.) Originally Posted by Garfunkelwhat is a decision?

They also have a mediation program, but very few employers are willing to agree to that. Originally Posted by GarfunkelI have only dealt with the intake person

They may however, agree to send some settlement letters to your employer if they think you have a good enough case. Employer may agree to settle if they think they are in the wrong. Good luck.
she is the one who told me that and then once it was confirmed I had a case, she told me and investigator would contact me soon. Originally Posted by timmystool
