I think I went there once years ago and I wasn't impressed

The original BDFW is where I got outed so many times that I do not care about it. One thing is for sure, the atmosphere pre-covid, young hot dancers and great times will take a long time to recover back to, if ever.

I will be dam as I figured that site to be sold. 1.3 acres only worth 186k seems kind low to me. But cool it will be brought back. I wonder how long it will take to rebuild and if it will be any bigger or remain the same.
