Have no issue with AMPs and repeat providers when it comes to upfront tips. Usually know where price point will land and what you get. If you get screwed over...you learn and move on. With all the risks in this hobby, an over tipping mistake is benign.
And haggling with a hard on seems desperate.
Would never upfront tip a first time Tryst/STG/Eros encounter.
