Alex Jones is begging the Supremes to hear his appeal on his $1.4 billion judgment

It would make my whole decade if they not only heard it, but let it stand.

It would be more fitting for them to just reject it and take away that last shred of hope

Everybody is entitled to a voice.

Until they get whacked.
Professional conspiracy theorists do not deserve a voice. Neither do Nazi sympathizers. I wish Alex Jones nothing but the worst. I'd love for SCOTUS to tell him to get bent.

He fucked around so he could find out... and now that he has he's desperate to overturn the judgment he rightfully deserves

begs the question is all speech protected? Is it free? I'd say when speech gets towards denigration of the truth and facts, then it's on the border line and certainly has a bit of libel to it.

The alternative facts team will likely disagree, but when you promote shit that is absolutely not only false , but done with Mal-intent, you get to enjoy the benefits of that same speech and it's consequences. Jones won't get any relief from the SCOTUS and if he did- it would allow an avalanche of appeals from the ppl Dirty Donnie has dragged into court after getting either summary judgements settlements for slander / or the like.

Point is- if you can say anything you want any time you want, why would ppl like the current POTUS sue news organizations or the FLOTUS sue Hunter Biden.

Alex Jones is gonna get his pickle bent, and all his money and ill gotten shit will be sent to the courts to divide up amongst those he gaslit for years, over his bullshit fake as fuck language of conspiracies. He made millions by duping the same dudes who wear redhats now. He lied about almost everything in order to get audience share. Now he's paying the price for that ruse. The only thing that might have ANY impact is that part of unreasonable fines- but as this is a civil matter- it likely won't have that. If he has that much value- or his company- it's gonna get dissolved and divvied up.

Still begging the Supremes to take his case before The Onion can take over InfoWars
Alex Jones is an absolute piece of shit! His opinions on Sandy Hook are disgusting and if I was the father of one of those (forbidden topic) I would find a way to get a couple minutes alone with him.
Almost secondary is the fact he’s completely wrong.

He might get the best of it.

Jones has been whining for years that they’re going to shut him down. But he’s still around. He’s probably a Deep State pysop stooge.

These kids aren't ever coming home except in memories - I'm not sure what is left to be proven?

It's more insulting I think to the parents - but if that seals the deal, I don't see an issue with releasing those autopsies, as painful as is it likely would be to the victims families.

I think the bigger issue might be the size of the fine - where as there is a constitutional concern about fines not being overly egregious. However I think that's for criminal claims versus civil claims.

Jones is a retard. Never heard of the guy until the 911 crap he was selling, which was ridiculous enough to never pay attention to or care about anything he said going forward.
