ALERT IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE ! Messages being blocked

This seems to have started yesterday ?. My work phone (metro pcs by Tmobile) was not sending messages to my personal (iPhone AT&T).

I also confirmed via PM that clients are not receiving my text messages. You have to go into your settings turn OFF
“ imessaging “ AND “WiFi calling”
Restart phone
This will be affecting clients and providers.!!!

That's a strange new glitch. Wonder what's causing that to happen?

And turn off RCS messaging

Unlike SMS text messages, but like texting apps, RCS and iMessage use your data connection. So if you have a poor data connection, those features won't work very well. Chances are restarting your phone and/or Wi-Fi router will also fix the problem.

SMS is unencrypted and therefore less secure. But unless you're plotting to overthrow the government, no one's going to care.

No sir, no amount of restarting anything fixed it. You must turn off the RCS messaging.
I first figured out the problem because I was trying to text my shopping list from my hobby phone to my work phone and wouldn’t go through . spent hours trying to figure it out.
I thought someone was ignoring me last night so I called and he was not receiving my messages. He turned off RCS messaging and we Had a lovely two hour session :-)
