you getting the IP Address blocked error? It his shitty host. They bulk block lots of IP addresses. You can try using a VPN to appear like you're in a different location.

I just get a hello world message. I guess the site is down or gone?

I had problems earlier… just logged in with no delay! Might be daytime traffic volumes on the Database

If OH2 doesn't have issues: login problems, site down, etc, at least once a month, it's not OH2.
