emails to eccie bouncing back

I was contacted by an old member on another place. He mentioned that the support emails he's sending are getting bounced back as undeliverable.


Can y'all please check that the email services here are working? I know that person mentioned they emailed "Websupport@eccie.net" and it bounced back.

I had issues resetting my password a few weeks ago. I tried to contact any support and the emails bounced back. The reset password email would not send .

The email address is functional.

And to add to Mplay post, when I sent request about password, Bio was FAST on the response and correcting of issue.
