Springers show was like a pop goes the weasel wind up toy- but Phil's highlights were just melodrama for stay at home moms. I really think he overstayed his proverbial welcome on TV. The straddle over to MAGA media and right winged news just made him laughable to over half of audiences; Everybody has seen a crazy teenager in their neighborhood, but not everyone thinks that MAGA is approach that America needs. I know some do, but that's literally like shooting yourself in the foot when you put your entire professional credentials on the line. Not that I ever much considered him to be anything but a tough-love huckster with a southern drawl.

I guess it's the tough love thing that got him his followers.
