I submitted a review about two days ago and it is still showing as pending review. Does anyone know when it will be reviewed so I can get premium access back?

Yesterday is not two days ago.
It's in the que.
Sometimes takes 3 or 4 days as the que (worldwide) is processed on a 1st in 1st processed basis.
