When are the slow times?

I'm thinking about jumping into the Roto scene and am curious as to when would be a good time to do so. I assume weekdays during "lunch hours" and "after work" are always the busiest? What about weekends?

Does anyone have opinions or suggestions that would reduce the wait time?

They start at 9Am. That is the perfect time.

Any day before noon I can usually see any of them within the hour, kana etc.
diamond club will schedule and has yet to miss a time for me
