This site hard to hop onto unless using a VPN?

I normally do not use a VPN to get on here but tonight I had to.

OH2 I have to because the IP I use was blocked & I read an article that it might have something to do with the block of IP's I am in someone was doing something naughty.

Anyone else having issues? I am in Houston, but using a VPN out of Portland I am ok.

I have the opposite problem. I won't stay logged in using my VPN, so I have to turn it off for this site. For OH2, I do need a VPN. However, I can't post anything on OH2 (I'm out of the country), even with my VPN on. I'll be able to post on OH2 once I'm back in the US without a VPN. It's weird, I know.
