The change in her mood could have been this: First, she was nice because she saw you as opportunity. Later, she was frustrated that she didn't make what she hoped to make that day, and since money is the ONLY thing she cares about, her sole focus at that time was immediate payment.
So, she may not have actually changed her "mood" at all, but only changed her approach. She always resented you (and everyone else at the club) and only hoped you would give her the only thing she wants ($).
