Flamingo and Decatur - Decatur and Twain.
Kind of a long walk - look into riding the local bus that goes down flamingo. about every 1/2 hour or more. https://www.rtcsnv.com/ I believe it's like $2 but it's been awhile. The app is supposed to be pretty good at tracking buses and buy your ticket/pass right in the app.
