Encounter Button Missing

I am logged in, my account is current and activated, and I am on the right forum page, but there isn't a button for me to submit a new encounter - only a button for a new thread.

Revealing the Forum and Sub Forum of this issue would be very helpful in resolving the issue.

Thanks - I have sent a message to the IT Folks about the issue.

Until this issue is fixed, post your review in the main Encounters Forum.

The Staff will be able to Moderate the Review and then move it to the correct Forum until the issue is corrected.
