I was thinking of going while Im in town.

Yes, it’s my favorite during stone crab season. They also just finished remodeling the bar area. It will be open Thanksgiving day, but it’s not a traditional menu. I’ll be spending Thanksgiving at Monarch at ZaZa for a more traditional meal. Sorry for getting off track. Yes, Trulucks still has the best stone crab in Houston.

I love Truluck’s. Been there many times. Always good

I had to come early. I'm a care taker for a family member.
Hopefully next visit we can all get together and do our thing.

Truluck's has a pretty good bar area... live music... typically a piano playing bar player, but nice to enjoy... happy hour is pretty decent...

I know. And I'm not too fond of the remodel. I preferred it dimmer and without trees. I guess they decided to modernize it, but I'm not a big fan.
