A friend told me that Y Spa at 4555 Walzem Rd. in San Antonio was shut down.
Did the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) shut them down for an infraction?
Can anyone confirm this?
Is there a red sign on the door, or did they possibly go out of business?
