It's a largely empty island away from everything else.
It never ceases to amaze me that it stays open. The parking lot is mostly empty.
Maybe the ridiculous prices pay the bills with fewer customers.
I am familiar with a couple of the businesses in the "neighborhood" and it is a common joke that they've never had a strip club they could walk to yet no one goes ever because it's ridiculously overpriced and just not that fun. Even with a bunch of well paid warehouse guys needing a Friday after work place to hang, it's not even considered.
