Ongoing Investigations with HPD AND OTHER AGENCIES

What can you do to sue the state agencies that are responsible for an ongoing investigation that is not going anywhere without the consent of the federal government. If it involves the state and their corrupt officials then what can an individual do to stop them from involving themselves into personal life like children and using them when there is no need to.
