Just wanted to introduce myself as I’m Heading your direction. I tried Bentonville last time but I want to stay somewhere different this time. What is the most convenient area to stay/visit?

You'll want to stay somewhere that's close to the I-49 corridor.
In Fayetteville the Hampton Inn is nice and if you want more of a suite the Staybridge would be a good choice.
