Having problems email support for acct/password issues.

I keep trying to email support but the emails get bounced back saying my domain name (proton.me) isn’t supported. I’m having password issues with my old account (it will let me log in but then says I need to change the old password because is 1800 days old. But it won’t let me change it to anything. ) I can’t use an email recovery because I nuked that old email address a few years ago. Help!

I used to get a message saying I needed to change my password on OH2 but they eventually stopped so I don't know if its necessarily true
